I do it all, personalized pictures, layouts (bar and traditional), fancy codes for your page, blinkies too. Lets go over the prices, shall we? (more examples coming soon!)

Personalized Pictures

$175,000 base price. Based on your description and requested complexity, as well as how busy I am or how creative I am feeling, cost can fluctuate from $175,000 to $250,000.

Bar Layouts

$175,000 base price, for top title bar only. This is basically a personalized pic, so see the information on that for more . Each bar costs about $1,000, plus a $2,500 fee if I have to re arrange the pic to make the template for the bar. I usually save the bar pic so that I can make more if you request, for $1,250 each. (If ordered after originals).
