Required for better results in showing, clothes are important. No, the clothes shop does not sell all the latest fashion – but it does satisfy your horsey needs.
There are different categories of clothes that you can buy in the shop. For those who might be thinking:
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Simple. On your account page, visit the Clothes closet. Then go on to the nifty little button that says ‘View Clothes Store’ From there it takes you to exactly where it says;The clothes store.
Now, back to the types of clothes you can get:
Show Jackets
Helmets
Riding Pants
Gloves
Shirts
Boots
Crops and Accessories
Ranks
Different items of clothing will have different ranks, and therefore have different effect in shows. Clothes help boost your scores in competitions and the better the clothes, the more likely you are to impress the judges. You can tell a item of clothing’s rank by looking at the column alongside the item of your interest. It will be from rank 1-10 sometimes higher, but if you want really high ranked clothes you’d need to be a member; to get the store specials.
The best clothes for upgraded members is:
rank 24 boots and breeches,
rank 17 helmet and chaps,
rank 16 gloves,
rank 15 shirt and jacket...
The best for NON-upgraded members is:
rank 11 gloves, and rank 10 everything else
Buying clothes
You only need to buy one set of clothes. To buy the clothes you want you have to type in the box by your chosen item of clothing how many you wish to buy, then when you’ve chosen go to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Add items to cart’ You can do some more shopping after this, but if you’ve already chosen all you wanted then go to the button at the top of the page that says ‘View Cart’
This’ll take you to the page with all the information of what and how many items you’re buying and if you’re satisfied you can click the ‘Checkout’ button.
MAKE SURE You have enough money before purchasing, You can see how much your items will cost by looking about the Checkout button, it’ll tell you the total expense. To be able to enter competitions you have to have one of each type of clothing, so make sure you get one of each!
Equiping yourself with clothes
This is quick and easy to do, and if you do it each day it becomes a habit. Go onto your account page, click on the Clothes Closet button. This will take you to your clothes closet. From here you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Auto Clothe. This will put you in your highest ranked clothes, and you're ready to go!
