On the racing register if your POV is a jockey or a trainer then you need to find a stable owner who will hire you. You can find stable owners who are looking for staff by going to the Main Menu, then clicking on Jobs. You can also find the same jobs section by clicking on Discuss then clicking on the Message Boards. There's a section dedicated to helping jockeys and trainers find jobs.
