What are Moderators?

Moderators are the people (red icons) on chat that help protect and keep the peace.

What are the Mods (moderators) jobs?

There main job is to make sure everyone follows the rules on chat.  Also they help new and old members with questions they might have.  In other words they are like the "mums" of WOS chat.

Do I have to respect the mods more than regular chat members?

Yes mods should be respected a little more than regular chat members, BUT that DOES NOT mean regular chat members shouldn't be respected.  Everyone on chat deserves to be respected, weather he or she is a moderator or not.

Powers of a Mod:

A mod has three major powers that a mod has.

1. Silence

     This prevents your from talking in the chat room

2. Kick

    When a mod kicks you, a member is "pushed" out of the chat room

3. Banning

   When you are banned you can no longer enter chat.
