There are 2 main groups of members on WOSE. Basic members and Stable members.

Basic Members
These are broken down into three sub-categories depending on what horse license they have.
- Beginners - can own up to 10 horses
- Intermediate - can own up to 15 horses
- Advanced - can own up to 20 horses
Stable Members
Stable members get additional perks and features in the game that Basic members do not. Stable upgrades are the only part of White Oak Stables that cost real money to purchase while everything else costs game money. Stable members are also broken down into three sub-categories depending on what horse license they have.
- Beginners - can own up to 30 horses
- Intermediate - can own up to 40 horses
- Advanced - can own up to 50 horses
- Blue Ribbon - can own up to 75 horses
Types of Stable Upgrades
Small Stable - $10
This upgrade is a one time payment and it never expires once you have it. As a small stable owner you'll get these additional features in the game:
- 10 large stalls or 15 small stalls (50 max)
- 1 show a day
- own up to 30 horses
- riding instructor
- international auction
- grooming outlet
- extra polls - create 1 a month
- rare items
- monthly special show
- clubs - ability to become club president
- roleplaying characters - make up to 5
Medium Stable - $15
This upgrade is a one time payment and it never expires once you have it. As a medium stable owner you'll get these additional features in the game:
- 20 large stalls or 25 small stalls (75 max)
- 2 shows a day
- own up to 40 horses
- riding instructor
- international auction
- grooming outlet
- extra polls - create 2 a month
- rare items
- breeder
- online journal
- monthly special show
- 4 character brand - put your stable's initials on your horse's names
- away account - keeps horses healthy while you're away
- clubs - ability to become club president
- roleplaying characters - make up to 7
Large Stable - $20
This upgrade is a one time payment and it never expires once you have it. As a large stable owner you'll get these additional features in the game:
- 25 large stalls or 30 small stalls (100 max)
- 3 shows a day
- own up to 50 horses
- riding instructor
- international auction
- grooming outlet
- extra polls - create 3 a month
- rare items
- breeder
- online journal
- horses always accept treats
- monthly special show
- 6 character brand - put your stable's initials on your horse's names
- away account - keeps horses healthy while you're away
- clubs - ability to become club president
- caretaker - faster grooming, feeding, vet & farrier
- create your own roleplay
- roleplaying characters - make up to 10
Blue Ribbon Stable - $25 a year
This upgrade is a yearly payment so you must renew it every year in order to keep these additional features on the game. If you let this upgrade expire you automatically become a Large Stable upgrade again. As a blue ribbon stable owner you'll get these additional features in the game:
- 35 large stalls or 40 small stalls (150 max)
- 5 shows a day
- own up to 75 horses
- riding instructor
- international auction
- grooming outlet
- extra polls - create 5 a month
- rare items
- breeder
- online journal
- monthly special show
- horses always accept treats
- 10 character brand - put your stable's initials on your horse's names
- away account - keeps horses healthy while you're away
- clubs - ability to become club president
- caretaker - faster grooming, feeding, vet & farrier
- create your own roleplay
- roleplaying characters - unlimited
- less tacking - tack is only removed if it breaks
- rider settings - save the settings you use to ride your horse
- auto enter - one click showing, rider settings are automatically submitted
