Welcome The member guide is here to give you detailed instructions on how to do everything in the game. Inside you'll find some hints and helpful advice, however, it'll be up to you as a player to figure out the secrets and tricks of the game to come out on top. The introduction will cover how to join, login, and activate your account.
Join 1) Select the 2) Select your Point of view (POV) in the game. POV determines how you will play the game. Each POV is different, so that you can experience racing like a real trainer, jockey, or owner. To decide which POV is best for you, click here. 3) Choose a member name. It can be any name you like. Your member name helps other players recognize you. 4) Enter your email. Double check that you enter the correct email beacuse you have to confirm your account before you start to play. You'll also need your email to log into the game and get any special or important game updates. 5) Enter a password. Make sure its something that none of your friends can guess so that no one can get into your account besides you. Enter your password again to make sure you spelled it correctly. 6) Hit the button and you're done! You'll recieve an email shortly.
Login 1) Select the 2) Select your point of view from the list by clicking on the picture beside it. 3) Enter your email and password. If you don't remember them use the link below the login form to get them sent to you. 4) Hit the login button and you're done! A new page will load the game newspaper and options on how to manage your account.
Lost Password 1) Click on the 2) Find the LOST PASSWORD link, it will be in red, and click on that. 3) Enter your email into the box. 4) Hit the button and you're done! An email will arrive in your account shortly. If you get an error message saying your account wasn't found then please contact help@whiteoakstables.net.
Activation Code 1) Once you've joined you must confirm your account to start playing. Check the email you used when you signed up to get your activation number. 2) If you didn't get an email with your activation number then click on LOST ACTIVATION CODE and a new email will be sent. 3) If you still do not recieve an activation number to your email, your email may be incorrect. Click on CHANGE LOGIN and double check to make sure your email address is correct, then send your activation code again. 4) If you still don't get an email then please contact help@whiteoakstables.net. 5) Enter your activation number into the box and hit the button and you're done.
Tutorial 1) A tutorial is available to all members, new and old. As a new member you will automatically be asked if you want to take the tutorial. 2) If you accept you will be given the short tutorial. View the tutorial by clicking here. 3) If you decline you can view the tutorial at any time by going to MAIN MENU > HELP & RULES > TUTORIAL.
